I’ve been included in taxes for longer then I care to admit, both on the personal side (all my working life!!) and from a legal point of view since satisfying the bar and following tax law. I’ve put up a lot of advice and corrected a lot of wrongs, and I must say that what you’ve posted makes utter sense. Please persist in the good work – the more people know the better they’ll be equipped to deal with the tax man, and that’s what it’s all about.

New dog owners should check out how to keep a dog and some dog training tips, it’ll make their dogs and their own lives easier.
Anyway, keep on with nice work!

I agree with Bobby Pitt 1000%. I am involved with dog rescue groups where I live, and I know that most of the people who give up their dogs for adoption do not have a clue about how to train them. A well-trained dog is a joy, while an untrained dog can be a nightmare. But please remember, dogs are very intelligent and they learn very quickly. Just because a dog’s original owner did not take the time to train it, does not mean that it cannot be trained. Rescued dogs usually are the easiest to train because they appreciate their new owner and their new home sooo much. Not to mention, buying a pup from a pet shop probably means you are supporting puppy mills. Rescued dogs make the best pets, no doubt. They just need the chance to prove it.

Very well said, Lisa. I agaree 1000% too. There is no reason to buy a dog with so many homeless dogs out there. All my dogs were rescued from the street, and they are all amazing, wonderful animals, full of love and just happy to have a home. Don’t buy, Adopt!!!

I am seriously going to start using all of that! Thank you so much, I am not even kidding! There is nothing that I hate more than coming up with content all the time to barely keep our real estate blog up. It’s just so time consuming – so thanks again!
